Defective or Wrong Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at splashandsketch@expressive-arts.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you and our production partner, Printful, to resolve the issue. Proof of the defect (photos) may be required.

In most cases, we will replace the defective product at no additional cost or issue a refund if replacement isn't possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for reasons other than production errors.
